Macquarie University's Postgrad Expo, to be held on Tuesday April 11 from 3pm-7pm, is a great opportunity to obtain one-on-one advice about postgraduate study options.
Talk to the experts
Those interested in postgraduate IT programs should firstly head along to the Information and Communication Sciences booth in Building E7B Courtyard, for study advice.
All major study areas of the University will also be represented, so if you're considering postgraduate study by coursework (Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma or Masters) or research (Masters, Masters Honours or PhD), you'll be able to pick the brains of our academics and postgrad students for answers to all your study questions.
You can also find out everything you need to know about fees, scholarships, the Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS) and the Postgraduate Education Loan Scheme (PELS).
If you are interested in studying an MBA or another management related program, the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) will be represented at the Expo to answer all your queries.
Pascal Grant seminar
A free seminar by computing guru Pascal Grant will also be an Expo highlight for those with an interest in computing.
In Building E7B, Theatre 2 at 6pm Grant, who is the Regional Director of Intel Solutions Services in Australia and New Zealand, will give a free seminar on enterprise architecture. He has over 20 years of experience in global consultancy and IT companies, including senior positions in SAP, Oracle, Sybase and Macromedia.
This year Grant will be teaching the 'Enterprise Architecture' subject in the Master of Information Technology program at Macquarie, where his entrepreneurial skills, sales management and IT consulting experience will prove invaluable to students.
